Steven F. Walker
President / Chief Executive Officer |
Mr. Walker is the President / Chief Executive Officer for Gremada Industries Inc. Prior to joining Gremada Industries, Inc., Walker held a broad variety of leadership positions with increasing levels of responsibility in Operations, Industrial Engineering and Operations Excellence over a 27+ year career with UPS. While at UPS, Walker also championed efforts in safety, women’s leadership development and the United Way.
Walker holds a bachelors degree in Organizational Behavior and Management from the University of Sioux Falls and an MBA with a focus in Quantitative Management from the University of South Dakota.
Mr. Walker is involved in the community through the United Way and coaching youth football. |

Eric D. Flyen
Chief Financial Officer |
Mr. Flyen is the Chief Financial Officer for Gremada Industries Inc. Prior to joining Gremada Industries, Flyen spent nearly seven years with Trane, a division of Ingersoll Rand, where he served in various roles within Trane’s contracting and service businesses including Finance Leader, Contracting Sales Manager, Contract Administration Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, Controller, and Financial Analyst. Eric also worked as an Internal Auditor for Honeywell International.
Flyen received a Bachelors of Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), Certified Management Accountant, and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt at Trane with over 100 hours of training from master black belt instruction. |

Tony Ambrose
Process Improvement and Technology Director |
Mr. Ambrose is the Process Improvement and Technology Director for Gremada Industries, Inc. He is primarily responsible for the selection, configuration, and implementation of computing resources, as well as for process development and continuous improvement for the enterprise. Prior to his current role, Ambrose held a variety of IT roles within Gremada, having been responsible for custom software design and development, ERP software selection and implementation, and several process improvement projects.
Ambrose holds a degree in Computer Science with an emphasis in Mathematics from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and has received advanced training in several Microsoft technologies as well as in Lean Manufacturing principles, Inventory Control, MRP, and Operations Control. He is active in local and regional technology user groups, and is a regular contributor to the North Dakota (Microsoft) SharePoint User Group. |

Theron Metz
General Manager, LCS |
Mr. Metz is the General Manager of Laser Cladding Services, LLC, an operating unit of Gremada Industries Inc. Prior to joining Laser Cladding Services, Metz was a Business Unit Manager at AMETEK Fluoropolymer Products, a manufacturer of corrosion resistant heat exchangers. He also served in various management and engineering roles at GE Aviation.
Metz holds an MBA in Operations Management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering & Materials Science from Duke University. He maintains membership in ASME and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). |
