The mission of Gremada Industries is to increase shareholder
value from a diversified portfolio of profitable, well managed businesses. This
is accomplished by investing in profitable businesses that generate strong returns
from a common business platform and exceptional business management practices.
In support of these initiatives, we seek to acquire businesses
with the following attributes:

Annual revenues between $3 and $25 million, with limited correlation
to macroeconomic trends

Profitable operations during the current and prior two years

Management team in place and committed to post acquisition employment

Process driven customer value proposition

Ingrained continuous improvement disciplines (i.e. ISO, Six Sigma)

Dated or non-enterprise technology platform
-
Located in a right to work state and with reasonable proximity
to a domestic hub airport
