Quality and Customer Service
Gremada Industries and its business units strive to ensure that its customers, suppliers,
and other business partners are delighted by their interaction with its teams. This
relentless pursuit of quality and customer service is grounded in the following
fundamental principles and business practices.
Gremada Business System
The Gremada Business System (GBS) is a comprehensive collection of standard
procedures, policies, and business rules that describes our culture, enhances performance,
and promotes continuous improvement. Designed to assure maximum efficiency and superior
quality, the Gremada Business System covers all aspects of our businesses
and meets or exceeds applicable industry standards such as ISO 9000. The GBS is
delivered to business units via state-of-the-art technology, ensuring that our employees
have ready access to information that facilitates excellence.
ISO Certification
Gremada Industries values the ISO disciplines and promotes operating company certification
where applicable.
Balanced Scorecards
Balanced scorecards are used to periodically review operating company quality. These
reports measure key metrics in the areas of business planning, customer service,
operational excellence, and employee development. Consistent with ISO disciplines,
corrective actions are implemented when a business deviates from planned performance
in any area.
Operating Reviews
The Gremada executive team performs an in-depth review of each operating company
on a quarterly basis. These reviews cover past, projected, and strategic quality
measures.
Code of Conduct
The Gremada Industries Code of Conduct ensures that employee, officer, and director
conduct is consistent with the Company's responsibilities to its shareholders,
customers, suppliers, employees and business partners.
All officers, directors, and employees are required to authorize a detailed code
of conduct which, at summary level, obligates them to perform the following:
