Our Team

Mr. Walker is the President / Chief Executive Officer for Gremada Industries Inc. Prior to joining Gremada Industries, Walker held a broad variety of leadership positions with increasing levels of responsibility in Operations, Industrial Engineering, and Operation Excellence over a 27+ year career with UPS. While at UPS, Walker also championed efforts in safety, women's leadership development, and the United Way.

Walker holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior and Management from the University of Sioux Falls and an MBA with a focus in Quantitative Management from the University of South Dakota. Mr. Walker is involved in the community through the United Way and coaching youth football.

Ms. Glidden is the Chief Financial Officer for Gremada Industries Inc. She has a 24+ year career in finance and operations, which includes time spent in the defense, recreation, hospitality, construction, and pharmaceutical industries. Her areas of expertise include cost management, systems implementation, and process improvement.

Glidden holds a bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of North Dakota and an MBA in Strategic Management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Ms. Glidden is involved in the community through her work in education and as a leader in a local Boy Scout troop.

Mr. Metz is the General Manager of Laser Cladding Services, LLC, an operating unit of Gremada Industries Inc. Prior to joining Laser Cladding Services, Metz was a Business Unit Manager at AMETEK Fluoropolymer Products, a manufacturer of corrosion resistant heat exchangers. He also served in various management and engineering roles at GE Aviation.

Metz holds an MBA in Operations Management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering & Materials Science from Duke University. He maintains membership in ASME and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).

Mrs. DeLuca is the General Manager of Schaffer Precision Machining, LLC, an operating unit of Gremada Industries Inc. Prior to joining Schaffer Precision Machining, Jessica was a Business Manager at United Parcel Service and held a variety of positions in Operations during her 10+ year career.

DeLuca holds an associate's degree in Business Administration and is currently working to complete her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.

Mr. Hatchell is the General Manager of Whelan Machine & Tool LLC, an operating unit of Gremada Industries Inc. Prior to joining Whelan, Hatchell completed a 24+ year career with UPS with a broad range of leadership positions in Operations, Human Resources, Safety/Compliance, Labor Relations, and Public Affairs.

Hatchell holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management from the University of South Carolina.

Mr. Wiertzema is the General Manager of Aaseby Industrial Machining, an operating unit of Gremada Industries Inc. Prior to joining Aaseby, Wiertzema held a variety of sales, program management, and quality assurance positions with PrimeWood. Wiertzema was also a prior owner and general manager of a custom cabinet design and fabrication business.

Wiertzema holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Minnesota State University in Moorhead, an associate's degree in Business Management, Sales, and Marketing from the North Dakota State College of Science, and an associate's degree in Construction Technology from Moorhead Technical College. Wiertzema also enjoys woodworking and reading about history, science, and technology.
